Employment Opportunities

Our training is face-to-face, hands-on and delivered in-house. We recruit and train locally across the UK, building teams around individual clients.

A Diploma in Health and Social Care is a great start, but it isn’t essential. What matters is your willingness to learn. Once trained, you’ll receive a PCS Competency Pack, signed off by a qualified PCS clinician.

We are not an agency. We offer secure employment, with no zero-hour contracts.

What PCS offers our staff

Face-to-face, hands on and client specific

PCS Training Programmes

A failed care placement can be devastating to a client’s recovery. That’s why bespoke recruitment and client-centred training are central to our model, giving clients a safer foundation for independence and progress.

We train support workers to deliver complex tasks, such as suctioning and ventilator care, so clients can return home safely and remain close to family and friends.

PCS Training Programmes are practical, client-specific and led by in-house clinicians, combining observation, classroom learning and competency sign-off.

This approach means:

  • Clients and families help shape the team and the package
  • We can assess a client’s situation and requirements in real time
  • Staff learn the client’s specific routines, risks and goals
  • Consistency and continuity, with staff recruited and trained around an individual client
  • Greater client confidence, independence and quality of life
  • A genuine alternative to remote, outsourced training models
