About Us
Premium Care Solutions (PCS) was founded in 2015 by brother and sister Amrit Dehal and Jin Garcha, with a shared commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care for children and adults with complex needs. We support people with brain injury, spinal cord injury and other complex health needs, with care that is personal, responsive and tailored to the individual.
Our teams support clients with ventilator dependency, tracheostomy needs, neuromuscular conditions, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and many other complex needs, helping each person live safely and confidently at home and in the community.
As a CQC-registered provider, we work with clients, families, local authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), solicitors and case managers to plan, coordinate and deliver safe, tailored care packages for adults, children and young people.
We are not a staffing bank. We recruit, train and directly employ our own support workers, building a dedicated rota around each client to maximise continuity and provide familiar, trusted faces.
Person-Centred, Always
Mission & Values
Our mission is: “Empowering lives through compassionate, person-centred care delivered with dignity, respect and excellence.”
What this means in practice:
- Person-centred care: Every package is shaped around the client’s needs, family, routine and lifestyle.
- Dignity and respect: PCS treats every client as an equal partner in their own care, not a passive recipient of it. Clients are involved in meeting and getting to know the support workers who will form their team.
- Excellence: Support workers receive face-to-face training from PCS clinicians, tailored to the client’s clinical needs, including areas such as suctioning and ventilator care.
- Empowerment and independence: Our goal is to help clients live as fully as possible, whether that means returning to work or education, travelling, or staying at home with family.
- Family values: Founded by a brother and sister, PCS remains family-led and family-run. Clients and staff are treated as part of that family, with care, loyalty and honesty.
- Partnership: PCS works openly and closely with families, commissioners, associations, solicitors and case managers. PCS is a Trusted Partner of the Spinal Injuries Association (SIA).

Your questions, answered
Frequently Asked Questions
What is complex care?
Complex care refers to specialist support for people with significant, ongoing health needs, such as ventilator dependency, spinal cord injury, tracheostomy care or acquired brain injury, which go beyond what a standard care agency can safely provide.
Who can PCS support?
We support adults, children and young people with complex needs, whether that's following an injury, an illness or a lifelong condition.
How is my care funded?
Care may be funded through NHS Continuing Healthcare for adults, Children and Young People’s Continuing Care, local authority funding, a Direct Payment or Personal Health Budget, or a compensation settlement. See our Arranging Care section for more detail.
Will I have the same team every time?
We build a dedicated team and rota around each client to maximise continuity and ensure familiar, appropriately trained staff provide their care. We also plan for sickness, annual leave and other unavoidable changes so that safe cover can be maintained.
How are your support workers trained?
Our support workers receive face-to-face, hands-on training from our in-house clinicians, tailored to each client's specific needs, before they begin working with that client. Ongoing competency and refresher training are built into the package.
Do you work with solicitors and case managers?
Yes. We regularly work alongside personal injury solicitors, case managers and insurers to coordinate compensation-funded care packages and provide information and reports required to support a client’s case.
Where in the UK do you operate?
We recruit and train locally around each client and can establish care packages across the UK, subject to assessment, local recruitment and the requirements of the individual package.
How do I get started?
Get in touch with our team for a confidential, no-obligation conversation about your needs. We'll talk you through the available funding routes and what a care package could look like for you.
